Carle Community Wellness & Faith Community Health Services

Mission: To improve the health of communities by bridging healthcare and faith-based settings, focusing on prevention, wellness, and holistic care

  • Chronic disease education and lifestyle coaching.

Champaign County DHS Family Community Resource Center

Mission: To provide equitable access to human services, supports, programs, and resources to Illinois residents in need

  • Helps with child care subsidy, emergency food, and housing referrals

CRIS Healthy Aging

Family Service of Champaign County

Mission: Supporting people across the generations by providing quality human services

  • Counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

  • Senior Resource & Referral including SHIP (Medicare) counseling.

  • Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) connecting seniors with volunteer roles.

  • Maintains the Self-Help Center, a directory of local support groups.

IDOA Senior Helpline

Mission: To preserve the independence of older Illinoisans and improve their quality of life through a coordinated network of programs and services
